Kayde is from a small town in upstate New York. Initially drawn to childhood education during his eight years at The Erwin Child and Family Center, he developed a deep appreciation for nurturing young minds. However, his path took a turn towards the arts, culminating in a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University at Buffalo. Upon relocating to the Bay Area in September 2022, Kayde sought a career that would merge his enthusiasm for education with his love for the arts. His search led him to Crowden, a vibrant community that celebrates music and creativity. Here, Kayde found a fulfilling role as our Aftercare Supervisor, where he now fosters a love for learning through artistic endeavors and inspires students to explore their creativity throughout their academic pursuits.
