Marjan is General Counsel for Rewiring America. She comes to RA having served as a strategic business partner to executives at General Assembly (a vocational institute passionate about closing the global tech skills gap) and TaskRabbit (a two-sided marketplace providing folks of all stripes opportunities to earn a meaningful income). She has also supported renewable energy generation teams at NextEra Energy Resources. Marjan's non-profit work includes tours of duty as a director for the Connecticut Fund for the Environment / Save the Sound and as a global advisor to How Women Lead (focussed on reproductive rights and justice worldwide).

Marjan has a JD from Boston University School of Law and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, with a focus on sustainability. A transplant from the East Coast, she now lives in Berkeley, CA where there is nary a snow shovel to be seen.
