Violist Wendy Clymer studied at Brown University (BA), The Juilliard School and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (MM). While a DMA fellow at the University of Oklahoma, she performed in the MacArthur String Quartet and the Oklahoma City Philharmonic. In the Bay Area, she has performed with San Francisco Chamber Orchestra, St. Peter’s Chamber Orchestra and Resonance Jazz Ensemble, and is in demand as a chamber musician. Wendy is a dedicated music educator as well as performer, teaching violin and viola students at her private studio in Oakland and at the Crowden Music Center in Berkeley and coaching student and adult chamber groups throughout the Bay Area.
