Phyllis Kamrin holds degrees from the Curtis Institute and New England Conservatory. She is a long time member of the Left Coast Chamber Ensemble, performing new and old chamber music, and of Alma Duo, an ensemble with guitar. She has played with many professional chamber ensembles, New Century Chamber Orchestra, and Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, as well as other Bay Area ensembles. Ms. Kamrin is Director of Adult Chamber Music at Crowden and is the director of the INTERSECTION workshop; a collaboration between adult amateur musicians and Bay Area composers.
